Mediation Meeting definition

Mediation Meeting means an informal mediation session held before the Mediator pursuant to Section 6.4.
Mediation Meeting means a scheduled meeting at which the parties and their representatives attend before a mediator in person, by telephone conference or other forms of electronic technology allowing persons to hear one another;
Mediation Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

Examples of Mediation Meeting in a sentence

  • The Mediator will terminate the Mediation upon the earlier of (i) execution of a settlement agreement, (ii) a declaration by the Mediator that the Mediation is terminated, or (iii) completion of a full day Mediation Meeting unless extended by agreement of the participants.

  • The Mediator will determine and control the format and procedural aspects of the Mediation Meeting which will be designed to ensure that both the Mediator and the participants have an opportunity to hear an oral presentation of the other participants’ views on the New Restaurant Dispute.

  • Should the Union or VTA be dissatisfied with the written decision, the grievance may be taken to the Pre Arbitration Mediation Meeting and/or if unresolved, to arbitration as provided in Section 20.

  • The Mediation Meeting shall take place in Dubai and shall be between the respective General Manager/Chief Executive Officer’s (or like position) of each Party, and each Party may have one or more other persons including legally qualified persons assist and advise the Party in the Mediation Meeting.

  • The Mediator will determine and control the format and procedural aspects of the Mediation Meeting which will be designed to ensure that both the Mediator and the participants have an opportunity to hear an oral presentation of the other participants' views on the New Restaurant Dispute.

  • Subject only to the Grievance Mediation Officer’s schedule, failure by either party to attend a Grievance Mediation Meeting within three (3) months of the referral to the Grievance Mediation process shall result in the position of the attending party being deemed upheld and, if applicable, the redress sought by the grieving party awarded within thirty (30) calendar days by the other party.

  • Subjectonlyto the Grievance Mediation Officer's schedule, failure by either party to attend a Grievance Mediation Meeting within three (3) months of the referral to the Grievance Mediation process shall result in the position of the attending party being deemed upheld and, if applicable, the redress sought by the grieving party awarded within thirty (30) calendar days by the other party.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Consortium Members shall not be able to vote their Consortium Shares freely in respect of any matter decided by the necessary majority at a Consortium Meeting or a Mediation Meeting and notified to the Authorised Attorney in accordance with clause 4.5 or 5.3(b).

Related to Mediation Meeting

  • Court Meeting means the meeting(s) of the Scheme Shareholders to be convened by order of the Court pursuant to section 896 of the Companies Act, notice of which will be set out in the Scheme Document, for the purpose of approving the Scheme, including any adjournment thereof;

  • Open meeting or "public meeting" means a meeting at which the public may be present.

  • Council Meeting means a meeting of Council;

  • Board Meeting means a meeting of the Board

  • Special Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(c)(i) hereof.
