Medical Marijuana Production Facility definition

Medical Marijuana Production Facility means an entity registered with the department pursuant to this act that acquires, possesses, cultivates, harvests, processes, manufactures, prepares, packs, stores, delivers, transfers, transports, supplies, or sells marijuana and related supplies to medical marijuana organizations.
