Medical Product definition

Medical Product has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a).
Medical Product means the product prepared by the Hospital for the Institute as described in Schedule 1; Medical Service means the service provided by the Hospital for the Institute as described in Schedule 1; Personnel means officers, employees, contractors, agents and/or authorised representatives; Premises means the land and buildings used by the Hospital in relation to the Service;
Medical Product shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(gg).

Medical Products are not Adult Products, Consumer Products, Foundry Products, Industrial Products, Automotive Products, Mobility Products or Gambling Products, and are not in the Gaming Field of Use.
