Medical Robotics Field means [***].
Medical Robotics Field means the use of Robotic Systems for any medical purpose, including medical diagnosis and/or treatment of a human or animal body or part thereof and/or simulation and/or modeling.
Medical Robotics Field means the field of medical robotics used to perform a [***] medical procedure. Medical robotics refers to any system or component thereof whose actuation is powered and under computed control, in whole or in part. Computed control means control by any device that performs computations to effect such control, and includes by way of non-limiting example, control [***], or any other form of programmable control that performs computations. A system used to perform a [***] medical procedure, or a component thereof, whose actuation is powered and under [***] control [***] is included within the Medical Robotics Field.   • Clinical laboratory means a facility for the microbiological, serological, chemical, hematological, radiobioassay, cytological, immunohematological, pathological, or other examination of materials derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease or assessment of a medical condition.
