Such an employee, including one engaged in rehabilitation employment with the Employer, shall continue to be covered by the provisions of the Medical Services Plan, Extended Health Plan, Group Life Insurance and Dental Plan.
A dependent shall be as defined under the B.C. Medical Services Plan or as may be mutually agreed.
Eligible employees and dependents shall be covered by the British Columbia Medical Services Plan or carrier approved by the British Columbia Medical Services Commission.
Employees may elect to have their spouse and children covered under the B.C. Medical Services Plan unless the spouse is covered separately.
