Medical Superintendent definition

Medical Superintendent means the Head of the hospital by whatever designation called;
Medical Superintendent means a person, by whatever name and designation he/she is called, who is a medical practitioner and is in-charge of, or is entrusted with the running of, a clinic, Hospital or Nursing Home;
Medical Superintendent means the person for the time being performing the duties of the Medical Superintendant in and for Tuvalu;
