Medical Teaching Institution definition

Medical Teaching Institution means a public sector medical, dental or nursing college or any other medical teaching institution and their affiliated teaching hospitals located anywhere in Pakistan owned and controlled by the Federal Government and included or notified by the Federal Government in Schedule-I to these Regulations;
Medical Teaching Institution means a Medical College, a Dental College, or other health related teaching institutions and their affiliated teaching hospitals in the public sector or directly under the control of Government, which provides healthcare services, medical education and training, and medical research;
Medical Teaching Institution means a Medical College, a Dental College, or other health related teaching institutions and their affiliated teaching hospitals in the public sector, which is funded in majority by public funds and the majority operating expenses of which are funded by public funds, or which is directly under the control of the Government and provides healthcare services, medical education and training, and medical research;

Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.

  • Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.
