Medically Involved Criteria definition

Medically Involved Criteria means the criteria used by the Department to evaluate the intensity of the physical and medical challenges of a child and to determine eligibility for the Medically Involved Children's Program.
Medically Involved Criteria means the criteria used by the Department to evaluate the intensity of the challenges presented by a child eligible for MICP services.
