Meeting Chairperson definition

Meeting Chairperson means the Director appointed as chairperson of a Board meeting, in accordance with clause 5.4;
Meeting Chairperson means the person who chairs a general meeting the meeting pursuant to clause 9.2 or 16.4, who may but might not necessarily be the Chair.
