Examples of Meeting of the Members in a sentence
Any Meeting of the Members of the Association may be adjourned at any time and from time to time and such business may be transacted at such adjourned Meeting(s) as might have been transacted at the original Meeting(s) from which such adjournment took place.
The number of Board of Directors so fixed at the Annual Meeting may be increased at any General Membership Meeting or Special Meeting of the Members.
A Special Meeting of the Members may be called at any time by Ordinary Resolution of the Board or upon the written requisition of ten percent (10%) or more of the Members for any purpose connected with the affairs of the Corporation that does not fall within the exceptions listed in the Act or is otherwise inconsistent with the Act, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of the deposit of the requisition.
Individuals, who are Members of the Association at least 35 days in advance of any General Meeting of the Members of the Association, are entitled to notice of and to vote at such General Meeting of Members.
The Chief Executive Officer will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice to all Members and the Board of the date, place and time of the Annual Meeting of the Members and an agenda of the business to be conducted at such meeting.
