Classes of Membership. This Company has two (2)
Classes of Membership. ASEA shall consist of Members who shall be entitled to use the follow- ing designations: MSPA and, if the Member qualifies for the designation, FSPA. ASEA members as of December 31, 2019, who continue to meet the requirements for membership may maintain their designa- tions of MSPA or FSPA indefinitely, or adopt the new designations of MSEA or FSEA. Any new mem- bers on or after January 1, 2020, will be designated MSEA or FSEA.
Classes of Membership. The Alliance shall have such classes of membership as may be determined from time to time, with the eligibility criteria, rights, preferences and privileges set by the Manager.

It is acknowledged that the Company may contract with entities which cannot by law become Members or are not Members to allow such entities to participate in the Company’s Network Agreements and such entities may sign a subcontracting agreement and thereafter be designated “Subcontracting Agents” or other designations for purposes of the Company’s Network, but such entities shall not be (or be deemed to be) Members of the Company or possess any equity interest in the Company unless such entities meet the requirements for Members set forth in Section 2.1.

Classes of Membership. The Corporation shall have two (2) classes as members as follows:
Classes of Membership. The LLC shall have four classes of Units: Class A-1 --------------------- Units, Class A-2 Units, Class A-3 Units and Class M Units. Each such class shall have the rights and obligations set forth for such class herein. Except as otherwise provided herein, any Member may own Class A-1 Units, Class A-2 Units, Class A-3 Units, and Class M Units or any combination thereof.
Classes of Membership. The Association shall have two (2) classes of voting Membership as follows: Class A Members are those Owners with the exception of Declarant. Each Class A Member is entitled to one (1) vote for each Parcel owned by it. When more than one
(1) Person owns any Parcel, all such Persons are Members. However, the vote for such Parcel shall be exercised in accordance with Section 2.6, but no more than one (1) Class A vote may be cast for any Parcel. Class B Members are the entities that comprise Declarant. Each Class B Member is entitled to one hundred (100) votes so long as said member owns at least two hundred (200) acres of real property in the Property. After the time a Class B Member owns less than two hundred (200) acres of real property in the Property, said Class B Member shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each acre owned by it, until all such acres have been parcelized, at which time such Class B Member shall become a Class A Member.
