The highest authority of the new governance structure is a General Assembly of IPPF Member Associations, convened once every three years.
EFPIA requirementsPursuant to Section 4.01 of the Disclosure Code “ Enforcement through Member Associations - When making a Transfer of Value to an HCP / HCO, and in their written contracts with HCPs / HCOs, Member Companies are encouraged to include provisions relating to the recipients’ consent to disclose Transfers of Value in accordance with the provisions of the EFPIA HCP/HCO Disclosure Code.
