Member Companies definition

Member Companies means Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., Long Island Lighting Company, New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation, the original members of the Power Pool.
Member Companies means registered members of the Company, and includes Voting Member Companies and Non- Voting Member Companies, and “Member Company” shall mean any one of them, as the context may indicate;
Member Companies means certain MCC Shareholders and MCC Associates that have agreed to participate in various technology programs at MCC pursuant to a Research and Development Agreement dated April 1, 1991, which may be amended by MCC from time to time, which also classifies certain Member Companies as "Level 1" or "Level II" participants in various technology programs.

More Definitions of Member Companies

Member Companies means the affiliates and related entities of the Company, including Entertainment One Ltd. (and its subsidiaries and interests in joint ventures). "Options" has the meaning ascribed thereto in the agreement between the Executive and Entertainment One Ltd. "Original Agreement" has the meaning ascribed thereto in Recital A of this Agreement.
