Member Employer definition

Member Employer means the Employer and any Affiliated --------------- Employer who adopts this Plan and Trust Agreement.
Member Employer means an Employer who is a member of the Association.

Member Employer means a New York City-licensed plumbing firm that applies to the Foundation and becomes a Gas Operator Qualification Member and which employs (a) participating member(s).
