Member/members means any person included in the membership of the
Member/members means any person/persons for the time being holding shares in the Company including Depositors whose names appear on the Record of Depositors but shall exclude the Central Depository or its nominee company in whose name the Deposited Securities are registered unless required by virtue of the Central Depositories Act or the Rules or the context of these Constitution.

Member/members shall have the meaning set forth in the introduction.
Member/members means any person/persons whose name is entered in the Company’s Register or members including depositors whose names appear on the Record of Depositors except the Malaysian Central Depository Nominees Sdn. Bhd.
