Member of Tribunal definition

Member of Tribunal. ' means a member of the Tribunal referred to in section 101;
Member of Tribunal means a person serving on a Hearing Panel of the Professional Standards Committee in either an ethics or arbitration proceeding, or on a Board of Directors, or appropriate body appointed by a Board of Directors to act on its behalf. No individual may participate in the deliberation of more than one tribunal on the same matter.
Member of Tribunal means a member of Revenue Recovery Tribunal and includes Chairman appointed pursuant to section 95(1) (b) of this Law;

Examples of Member of Tribunal in a sentence

  • In Schedule 4 (Tribunal procedure) to that Act, in paragraph 18(3)(b) (consequences of member of Tribunal being unable to continue) after “if that person is not” insert “a judge within any of paragraphs (aa) to (ac) of section 12(2) or”.

  • Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:

  • the Tribunal means the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber).

  • Responding tribunal means the authorized tribunal in a responding state or foreign country.

  • Tribunal means any state, commonwealth, federal, foreign, territorial, or other court or government body, subdivision agency, department, commission, board, bureau or instrumentality of a governmental body.

  • Municipal Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-2.

  • member of Her Majesty s forces posted overseas” means a person who is a member of the regular forces or the reserve forces (within the meaning of section 374 of the Armed Forces Act 2006), who is absent from the dwelling that the person normally occupies as his home because the person has been posted outside of Great Britain to perform the duties of a member of Her Majesty’s regular forces or reserve forces; and

  • Appeals Tribunal or “AT” means the Body responsible for hearing and determining appeals set out in section 9;
