Member Public Entity definition
Member Public Entity means any California public entity which is not a California county which does not maintain a membership in CSAC, which has executed this Agreement and become a member of PRISMthe Authority, “Member Public Entity” shall also include those entities or other bodies set forth in Article 3(c).
