Member State competent authorities definition

Member State competent authorities means authorities designated by Member States in accordance with Article 10 with expertise as regards raw materials, industrial processes and auditing;
Member State competent authorities means the designated one or more authorities with auditing competences and knowledge as regards raw materials and industrial processes.

  • Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);
