Member States of the European Union definition

Member States of the European Union means those states which are as of the date hereof, and other states which shall from time to time become, member states of the European Union.
Member States of the European Union means (a) for purposes of Section 1.12, those states which were members of the European Union prior to May 1, 2004 and Romania and (b) for all other purposes means those states which are as of the date hereof, and other states which shall from time to time become, member states of the European Union and in any event shall include Romania.
Member States of the European Union shall refer to the applicable Extended EEA Country in which the Transferring AT&T Entity is established or from where the Transferred Personal Data originated (as applicable);
