Members or Member definition

Members or Member means an employer, as defined by C.R.S. §§ 29-5-301(1), 29-5- 402(3), or 29-5-501(1), as amended, that becomes a participating Member under this Trust pursuant to Article VIII, below.
Members or Member means those governmental employers listed on Exhibit A and any other governmental employer that becomes a participating Member under this Trust pursuant to Article VIII, below.

  • Words and phrases in this Agreement shall be construed as in the singular or plural number, and as masculine, feminine or neutral gender, according to the context, including all references to "Directors" or "Director" or to "Members" or "Member" during any period of time that the Company only has, respectively, one Director or one Member.

  • Except as otherwise provided by these Bylaws or the Board, the Cooperative may transfer, disclose, distribute, or otherwise dispose of all or part of the Membership List or a similar list or record of Members or Member information.

  • Except for matters of business properly brought before the meeting by the Board, only Members or Member delegates’ will be permitted to make motions, speak to motions, or second motions from the floor at meetings of the Members.

  • Except as otherwise provided by these Bylaws or the Board, the Cooperative may not sell, transfer, disclose, distribute, or otherwise dispose of all or part of the Membership List or a similar list or record of Members or Member information.

  • CIWW is organized exclusively under Chapters 28E and 28F, Iowa Code, to permit joint exercises of any powers, privileges or authorities exercised or capable of exercise by city utilities and other public agencies, including rural water districts organized under Chapter 357A, Iowa Code, as Founding Members or Member Agencies in the future, to maximize the mutual benefits and efficiencies of collaboration thereunder.

  • Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit any defenses available to the Authority, its officers, employees, staff, Governing Board Members, or Member Agencies under any law, including the Government Tort Claims Act found in the Government Code of the State of California, commencing with section 830.

  • The Dispute Adjudication Agreement shall take effect when the Employer, the Contractor and each of the Members (or Member) have respectively each signed a dispute adjudication agreement.

  • Junior Member means a registered Member of the Club who is younger than 18 years of age.

  • Investor Member means a member that has made a contribution to a limited cooperative association and:

  • Participating member means a member who is required to make mandatory contributions by the applicable retirement act to his or her health reimbursement account.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • Potential Member means an individual who meets the eligibility requirements to enroll in the Oregon Health Plan but has not yet enrolled with a specific PHP or CCO.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Plan Member means a person that has assets in a capital accumulation plan;

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.

  • Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.

  • Deferred member means a person who elected to receive deferred vested retirement

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
