Membership Termination Date definition

Membership Termination Date means, in respect of each Module owned by the Member, the 10th (tenth) anniversary of the Membership Commencement Date of that Module unless the Scheme or such Membership is terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions hereof;
Membership Termination Date means the date specified by SECDEX on which the termination of a Member’s Membership becomes effective;
Membership Termination Date means the date a Policy by virtue of which a Person’s status as a Member in Builders Insurance (or on and after the Effective Date, Builders Insurance Mutual Holding Company) was derived, including any uninterrupted extensions or renewals

  • In addition, any application of the Rates and FX Contribution Balance or demand for the CM Unfunded Contribution Amount after a Clearing Member’s Membership Termination Date in respect of such Rates and FX Loss shall be limited to its Maximum Current Liability in respect of the relevant Capped Liability Period.610.

  • This category entitles the Member concerned, subject to clause 8.1, to utilise his or her Module until dissolution of the Management Association or the Membership Termination Date in respect of that Member, whichever occurs first.

  • Restriction Termination Date means the first day on which the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines that it is no longer in the best interests of the Corporation to attempt to, or continue to, qualify as a REIT.

  • Purchase and Sale Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4 of the Sale Agreement.
