Examples of MEMP in a sentence

  • Unless the applicant is exempt under subsection (4), an application for an aquaculture licence must be accompanied by a management and environmental monitoring plan (a MEMP) identifying how the applicant will manage any risks to the environment and public safety in relation to the proposed activity for which the licence is sought.
