MEMS Product definition

MEMS Product means a product integrating (i) sensors, actuators and/or micromechanical elements and (ii) electronics, on a common silicon substrate; wherein such product is fabricated using a combination of integrated circuit process sequences (e.g., CMOS, Bipolar, or BICMOS processes), and at least one substantial “micromachining” process step (wherein such “micromachining” process step is not a Semiconductor Process step).
MEMS Product means any (a) device or intellectual property that can be sold or licensed that relies for its content, design, functionality or manufacturing process in any material respect on the MEMS Technology and Documentation and (b) any product derived from the MEMS Technology and Documentation.
MEMS Product means a product integrating (i) sensors, actuators and/or micromechanical elements and (ii) electronics, on a common silicon substrate; wherein such product is fabricated using a combination of integrated circuit process sequences (e.g., CMOS, Bipolar, or BICMOS processes), and at 7 least one substantial “micromachining” process step (wherein such “micromachining” process step is not a Semiconductor Process step). “1934 Act” means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • After execution of the Project Letter between the Parties, the particular optical MEMS Product shall be deemed a Joint MEMS Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.
