Merchant Loss definition

Merchant Loss means any loss or extraordinary expense (including reasonable legal fees related to such loss or extraordinary expense) for any reason attributable to a Merchant or a Government-Merchant, including any loss due to a Merchant Chargeback, Merchant business failure or any fraudulent or illegal, or allegedly fraudulent or illegal, practice of such Merchant or Government-Merchant, except in the event such Merchant Loss was caused by the fraud or misconduct of BPPR.
Merchant Loss means any loss or extraordinary expense (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees related to such loss or extraordinary expense) incurred by Bank or CCC for any reason which is attributable to a Merchant, including but not limited to any loss due to a Merchant Chargeback, Merchant business failure, or fraudulent or illegal, or alleged fraudulent or illegal, practice of a Merchant.
Merchant Loss means any loss incurred by MSI or Member for any reason attributable to a Merchant, including but not limited to losses due to the fraudulent practices of a Merchant and uncollected Merchant fees, in connection with the Marketing Agreement.

More Definitions of Merchant Loss

Merchant Loss means any Loss attributable to fraudulent practices of a Merchant, uncollected Merchant ACH rejects, uncollected returns, uncollected refunds and other uncollected amounts due from Merchants.
