Merck Collaboration Patents definition

Merck Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Merck Collaboration Know-How, including Merck’s right and interest in any Joint Patents.
Merck Collaboration Patents means Collaboration Patents that claim, cover or relate to MERCK Information and Inventions.
Merck Collaboration Patents means Collaboration Patents owned or controlled by Merck or its Affiliate Rosetta Inpharmatics, Inc. ("Rosetta") during the term of this Agreement.   • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Joint Technology means the Joint Know-How and the Joint Patent Rights.
