Merge Assets definition

Merge Assets means any Oil and Gas Properties located in the Merge play in Central Oklahoma, primarily in southern Canadian and northern Xxxxx Counties, together with any Oil and Gas Properties defined as Linn Assets in that certain Contribution Agreement by and among Linn Energy Holdings, LLC, Linn Operating, LLC, Citizen Energy II, LLC and Roan Resources LLC dated as of June 27, 2017.
Merge Assets means Oil and Gas Properties located in the Merge play in Central Oklahoma, primarily in southern Canadian and northern Xxxxx counties."
Merge Assets all Oil and Gas Properties (including undeveloped acreage) owned by Xxxxx Parent, the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of Xxxxx Parent and located in the “Merge” play in the Anadarko Basin.

  • Securitization Assets means the accounts receivable, royalty and other similar rights to payment and any other assets related thereto subject to a Qualified Securitization Facility that are customarily sold or pledged in connection with securitization transactions and the proceeds thereof.
