Merger Certificates has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b).

Merger Certificates means, collectively, the Merger 1 Certificate, Merger 2 Certificate, Merger 3 Certificate and Merger 3 Articles.

Examples of Merger Certificates in a sentence

If, after the Effective Time of the Merger, Certificates are presented to the Surviving Corporation for any reason, they shall be canceled and exchanged as provided in this Article II.
