Merger of Shares definition

Merger of Shares has the meaning set forth in Article 2.1(ii).

  • Common Shareholders means the registered and/or beneficial holders of the Common Shares, as the context requires.

  • Shares means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable to each Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.
