Metered Parking Fee definition

Metered Parking Fee means the fee established by the City, and revised from time to time, as consideration for the privilege of parking a motor vehicle.
Metered Parking Fee means the fee charged by Parking Company on Metro’s behalf and as Metro’s agent as consideration for the privilege of parking a motor vehicle or otherwise making use of Metered Parking Spaces.

  • Any Concession Metered Parking Space or Reserve Metered Parking Space with a Metered Parking Fee of at least $1.50 per hour must have a payment option at the point of sale other than the cash payment of the Metered Parking Fee.

Related to Metered Parking Fee

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Net Rent means all rental Landlord actually receives from any reletting of all or any part of the Premises, less any indebtedness from Tenant to Landlord other than Rent (which indebtedness is paid first to Landlord) and less the Re-entry Costs (which costs are paid second to Landlord).
