Metering Arrangement definition

Metering Arrangement has the meaning set forth in Section II.8 of this Agreement.
Metering Arrangement means, for the purpose of this licence condition, using one or more Electricity Meters for the purpose of a Tariff whereby a Domestic Customer is charged either on the basis of a Multi-Register Metering Arrangement or on the basis of a Single-Register Metering Arrangement;
Metering Arrangement means a document which identifies the location and type of each eligible meter positioned in accordance with paragraph (3) or (4) of regulation 15 or paragraph (3), (4) or (5) of regulation 16;

Examples of Metering Arrangement in a sentence

  • A Metering Arrangement that is not satisfactory to the Authority shall be grounds, after notice to the Customer, for the Authority to modify, withhold, suspend, or terminate Electric Service to the Customer.

  • After commencement of Electric Service, the Customer shall notify the Authority in writing within thirty (30) days of any alteration to the Facility’s Metering Arrangement, and provide any information requested by the Authority (including Facility access) to enable the Authority to determine whether the Metering Arrangement remains satisfactory.

  • If an altered Metering Arrangement is not made to conform to the Authority’s requirements within thirty (30) days of a determination it is unsatisfactory, the Authority may modify, withhold, suspend, or terminate Electric Service on at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice to the Customer.

  • If a Metering Arrangement is not made to conform to the Authority’s requirements within thirty (30) days of a determination that it is unsatisfactory, the Authority may modify, withhold, suspend, or terminate Electric Service on at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice to the Customer.

  • Without the prior written consent of the System Owner, the Customer shall not enter into a Group Net Metering Arrangement with any person or entity, other than System Owner, during the Term with respect to any Customer Meter or connect any individual net metering system to a Customer Meter.

  • The Eligible Consumer shall bear all costs related to the setting up of the Roof-top Solar PV System, excluding the Net Metering Arrangement costs.

  • OWNER, in its sole discretion, shall serve as the Administrator of this Group Net Metering Arrangement in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

  • In no event shall any officer, member, manager, employee or owner of the System Owner be liable under this Agreement or otherwise in the event the System fails to generate electricity or output at any time, if System Owner fails to maintain any necessary license, permit or government approval, or for any error or omission in any filing or instructions submitted by or on behalf of System Owner, the Administrator or the Group Net Metering Arrangement to the Utility or any governmental entity.

  • The Eligible Consumer shall bear all costs related to the setting up of the Solar Project, excluding the Net Metering Arrangement cost beyond the Net Meter.

  • The Eligible Consumer shall bear all costs related to the setting up of the Roof-top Renewable Energy Generating System, excluding the Net Metering Arrangement costs.

Related to Metering Arrangement

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.
