Metro official definition

Metro official means any Board Member, Alternate, member of an organizational unit of the METRO, or employee of METRO.
Metro official means any Department Director, manager, elected official or Metro commissioner.
Metro official means the Executive Officer and Executive Officer’s staff; any Metro employee other than employees of the Council, Auditor or Metro Exposition-Recreation Commission (MERC); and any appointee to a board or commission, or citizen volunteer authorized to act on behalf of Metro, who was appointed by the Executive Officer.

  • Deceive or attempt to deceive any METRO official with regard to any material fact pertinent to any METRO action.

  • A report of all contributions of one hundred dollars ($100) or more made or delivered by the lobbyist to any METRO official during the reporting period.

  • It is unlawful for any METRO official knowingly to receive any gift which is made improper by these regulations.

  • The date, amount, and the name of the recipient of any contribution of one hundred dollars ($100) or more made by the filer to METRO official.

  • There are, however, the following exceptions to this:(1) The November 17, 2016, METRO official statement does not include information related to the Series 2016A, 2016B and 2016C debts.

Related to Metro official

  • Team Official means any person involved with the management, preparation or participation of a team (whether paid or unpaid), including the coaches, managers, medical staff, other support staff or any other person acting for or on behalf of a Club;

  • SEF Official means any Director or Officer of, or individual employed directly by, BSEF, the Regulatory Services Provider or any individual rendering similar services to BSEF under an administrative or similar agreement.

  • Management Official means General Manager, Manager, President, or Chief Executive Officer.

  • Government Official means (a) any official, officer, employee, or representative of, or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of, any Governmental Authority, (b) any salaried political party official, elected member of political office or candidate for political office, or (c) any company, business, enterprise or other entity owned or controlled by any person described in the foregoing clauses;

  • College official means any person employed by the college or District, performing assigned administrative or professional responsibilities pursuant to this Student Conduct Code. Student Data shall constitute Education Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Utah and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Contractor pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or de-identified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Contractor’s services.

  • Foreign Official means any officer or employee of a non-U.S. government or any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof, or of a public international organization, or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any such government or department, agency, or instrumentality, or for or on behalf of any such public international organization.

  • City Official means any elected official, employee, appointee to a board or commission, or citizen volunteer authorized to act on behalf of the City of Portland, Oregon.

  • Code Official means the Code Enforcement Officer, anyone fulfilling the duties of the Code Enforcement Officer on either a temporary or permanent basis, or any designee of the City Manager, the Director of the Department of Planning and Development Services, or the Code Enforcement Officer.

  • Designated Official The agent authorized to act for the Agency.

  • School District Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2)(d), a School District Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33(a) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2) governing the use and re-disclosure of personally identifiable information from student records. Student Data: Student Data includes any data, whether gathered by Provider or provided by LEA or its users, students, or students’ parents/guardians, that is descriptive of the student including, but not limited to, information in the student’s educational record or email, first and last name, home address, telephone number, email address, or other information allowing online contact, discipline records, videos, test results, special education data, juvenile dependency records, grades, evaluations, criminal records, medical records, health records, social security numbers, biometric information, disabilities, socioeconomic information, food purchases, political affiliations, religious information text messages, documents, student identifies, search activity, photos, voice recordings or geolocation information. Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.

  • University Official as used herein, means:

  • Enforcement Official means the Director of Public Works or his or her designee.

  • Election official means any election officer, election judge, or poll worker.

  • Selection Official means the DOE official designated to select Applications for negotiation toward Award under a subject Funding Opportunity Announcement.

  • State official means a person who holds a state office.

  • Party official means any person who holds an elective or appointive post in a political party in the United States or this state, by virtue of which the person directs, conducts, or participates in directing or conducting party affairs at any level of responsibility.

  • Local public official means a member of the governing body or another officer, whether elected, appointed, paid, or unpaid, of any district (including a school district), central appraisal district, or other local governmental entity who exercises responsibilities be- yond those that are advisory in nature. Local Gov’t Code 171.001(1)

  • Governmental Official means any governmental official or employee, employee of any government-owned or government-controlled entity, political party, any official of a political party, candidate for political office, official of any public international organization or anyone else acting in an official capacity.

  • Foreign public official means any person holding a legislative, executive, administrative or judicial office of a foreign country, whether appointed or elected; and any person exercising a public function for a foreign country, including for a public agency or public enterprise;

  • Reviewing official means the individual who shall make the trustworthiness and reliability determination of an individual to determine whether the individual may have, or continue to have, unescorted access to the Category 1 or Category 2 quantities of radioactive materials that are possessed by the licensee.

  • Applicable public official means a person elected to an office or a person appointed to complete a term of an elected office, who has the authority to award or influence the award of the contract for which the prospective contractor is submitting a competitive sealed proposal or who has the authority to negotiate a sole source or small purchase contract that may be awarded without submission of a sealed competitive proposal.
