Mexico Lease Agreement means that certain Equipment Lease Agreement dated June 3, 2014, by and between the Mexico Subsidiary, as lessor, and Fabrica de Papel San Francisco, S.A. de C.V., as Lessee, as such equipment lease agreement is modified or amended from time to time.
