MFN Clause definition

MFN Clause has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(dd) hereof. “Moody’s” means ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto. “Net Revenues” has the meaning set forth in the Ordinance.
