If the MIGA Evaluation Officer determines that there is sufficient justification to issue a Notice to the Respondent, the MIGA Evaluation Officer shall issue the Notice to the Respondent and shall notify the Chair of the Sanctions Board (the “Sanctions Board Chair”) and the Director of INT.
