Migration SOW definition

Migration SOW shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(d) of this Agreement. “Non-ACP Client” shall mean any Client which receives xxxx processing from a third party xxxx processor or via a Client proprietary billing system. Non-ACP Clients as of the Commencement Date are described in Exhibit K.
Migration SOW means the Migration SOW attached to the Master Agreement, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or extended in accordance with the Master Agreement.
Migration SOW has the meaning given in Section 4.2(a).
