Third Party XXXX definition

Third Party XXXX or “XXXX”: the end user license agreement, if any, that accompanies or pertains to the Third Party Software, and that is incorporated into the Agreement, appended to the Order Document or is otherwise published by the third party supplier, and which governs the use of or access by Client to the applicable Third Party Software. A current list of Third Party EULAs may be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/XXXX, which may be updated from time to time.

Third Party XXXX means the end user license agreement, if any, that accompanies the Third Party Products, which governs the use of or access by Client to the applicable Third Party Products.

Third Party XXXX means the standard End User License Agreement (as updated from time to time) applicable to any third party products that form part of the Software.

Examples of Third Party XXXX in a sentence

• To the extent any provision of this Master Agreement or Attachment conflict with the provisions of a Third Party XXXX, the Third Party XXXX will take precedence but only in respect of the relevant Third Party Product.

• To the extent any provision of these General Terms or any Product Attachment conflict with the provisions of a Third Party XXXX, the Third Party XXXX will control.

• Use of the Third Party Software, if any, is subject to all terms and conditions of the applicable Third Party XXXX, if any.

• To the extent applicable, Customer agrees to be bound by these end-user terms respective of the applicable Third Party XXXX provisions.

• You acknowledge and accept that it may be necessary for Us to impose certain additional obligations on you in respect of such Third Party Products You procure from Us, therefore, wherever the Order Form details Third Party Products being supplied under the Agreement, You agree to observe the Third Party XXXX in addition to the terms of this Attachment.

Third Party XXXX or “XXXX”: the end user licence agreement (if any) which governs Your use of or access to the applicable Third Party Product. This may take the form of a document which is published by the third party supplier and accompanies the Third Party Product that You procure from Us, or any terms determined by the relevant third party supplier on which We are entitled to sub- license the Third Party Product to You. Where a Third Party Product uses and/or processes Personal Data third party data processing terms may apply in addition to the Data Protection provisions of this Agreement and/or the applicable XXXX. It is Your responsibility to ensure You are aware of, and comply with, any third data processing terms which apply to any Third Party Products.

Third Party XXXX means a set of license terms and conditions from the vendor of a commercial third party component or a Freeware, whose acceptance is made a prerequisite by such vendor for granting the right to use the respective third party component or Freeware.

Third Party XXXX means a trade xxxx, service xxxx, copyright, or logo of a third party.

Third Party XXXX means a name or xxxx of a non-TMCS/TM ticketing agent.

Third Party XXXX means a trademark, service xxxx, logo, trade name, or other ---------------- insignia or symbol owned by an individual or entity other than UIT, AT&T or their respective Affiliates.
