Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances for the Plugging Project, including but not limited to the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1509, Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 1501:9, roadway load-limit restrictions, and OSHA regulations.
