Milestone Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.
improvement notice means the notice issued by the Authority to the Supplier pursuant to Clause 32.1.3 (Authority Remedies) which will detail how the Supplier shall improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services;
Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).
Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.
Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.1.
Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.
Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;
Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.
Notice-triggering PI means the PI identified in CCC § 1798.29(e) whose 25 unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under CCC § 1709.29. For purposes of this 26 provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, identifying number, symbol, or other 27 identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a 28 biometric identifier. Notice-triggering PI includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.
Commencement Notice means a written notice, given by any Secured Party to the other Secured Parties in accordance with the notice provisions set forth in the Securities Purchase Agreement, pursuant to which such Secured Party notifies the other Secured Parties of the existence of one or more Events of Default and of such Secured Party’s intent to commence the exercise of one or more of the remedies provided for under this Agreement with respect to all or any portion of the Collateral as a consequence thereof, which notice shall incorporate a reasonably detailed description of each Event of Default then existing and of the remedial action proposed to be taken.
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.
Replacement Notice is defined in Section 4.11.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Sales Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy.
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Consent Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
Required Notice Period means the number of days required notice set forth below applicable to the Aggregate Reduction indicated below: ≤$100,000,000 two Business Days >$100,000,000 to $250,000,000 five Business Days ≥$250,000,000 ten Business Days
infringement notice has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.1;
Data Package has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).
Required Regulatory Approvals means the Seller Required Regulatory Approvals and the Buyer Required Regulatory Approvals.
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Approval Notice means, with respect to any Eligible Loan Asset, the written notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the approval by the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, of the conveyance of such Eligible Loan Asset by the Transferor to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Loan Assignment by which the Transferor effects such conveyance.
major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken
