Milestone Delivery definition

Milestone Delivery means delivery of part of the Production as set forth in the Statement of Work and the Agreement. Milestone Delivery may consist of e.g. comprehensive manuscript or separate part of the Production, such as program modules, illustrations, sound, and/or picture.

More Definitions of Milestone Delivery

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.
