Milestone Dates definition

Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

Milestone Dates means the date of Substantial Completion, the date of Final Completion, and any other dates stated in the Purchase Order or Project Schedule for Contractor’s completion of specific components of the Work.

• Milestone Dates are estimated for planning purposes only and are subject to change.

• Contractor acknowledges that time is of the essence with respect to Contractor’s obligations under each Statement of Work and agrees that prompt and timely performance of all such obligations in accordance with this Contract and the Statements of Work (including the Implementation Plan and all Milestone Dates) is strictly required.

More Definitions of Milestone Dates

Milestone Dates has the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.6.

Milestone Dates means those dates set forth in the second column of the table contained in Exhibit F, with respect to the attainment of the corresponding Milestone Events set out in the first column of the table contained in Exhibit F.
