Mineral Processing Facilities definition
Mineral Processing Facilities means any crusher, mill, ore concentrator, processing plant, smelter, refinery or other processing facility owned or operated by any Seller Group Entity located on the Stream Properties and at which Minerals are processed.
Mineral Processing Facilities means, collectively, at any time and from time to time, any ore concentrator, mill, smelter, refinery or other mineral processing facility owned or operated or both by any the Seller Group Entity and used primarily to process ore from the Chapada Mine and “Mineral Processing Facility” means any one of them.
Mineral Processing Facilities means any crusher, mill, ore concentrator, processing plant, smelter, refinery or other processing facility to be developed, constructed, owned or operated by any BHMC Group Entity located on or near the Mining Properties and at which Minerals are processed.
Examples of Mineral Processing Facilities in a sentence
None of the Seller PSA Entities and Project Owners shall process Other Minerals through the Mineral Processing Facilities, except in accordance with Section 6.2(2).
