Minimum Dividend Period definition

Minimum Dividend Period means with respect to the APS any Rate Period consisting of seven Rate Period Days.
Minimum Dividend Period means any Dividend Period of [twenty-eight (28)] days. "Moody's" means Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or its successors.

More Definitions of Minimum Dividend Period

Minimum Dividend Period means any Dividend Period of seven (7) days in the case of Series T7 AMPS and Series F7 AMPS, and 28 days in the case of Series TH28 AMPS.
