Minimum Offering Proceeds definition

Minimum Offering Proceeds. The minimum amount of Capital Contributions and Non-Capital Contributions which must be raised by the Company in a given mini-maxi securities offering before any of the Contributions for that offering may be Closed-on and thereby made the property of the Company, as would be specifically set forth in the Offering Circular and the Subscription Agreement.
