In addition, Advances Outstanding shall be repaid as and when necessary to cause (i) the Advances Outstanding not to exceed the Availability, (ii) the Overcollateralization Amount to equal or exceed on each day the Minimum Overcollateralization Amount and (iii) the Equity Contribution to equal or exceed the Required Equity Contribution, and any amount so repaid may, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, be reborrowed hereunder during the Revolving Period.
