Minimum Rental Term definition

Minimum Rental Term means the minimum term of this Agreement specified in the Application Form or Specific Terms;
Minimum Rental Term means the minimum rental term (if any) described in the Schedule.

Examples of Minimum Rental Term in a sentence

  • After expiration of the Minimum Rental Term, this Agreement could renew itself for a Month-to-Month term of the original Rental Agreement, with a 20% increase in monthly rent at the Landlord’s discretion.

  • If the Hirer wishes to terminate this Agreement with effect before the end of the Minimum Rental Term, Cabins to Rent may require the Hirer to pay an early-termination fee of up to 2 months of Rental Payments (as well as any GST).

  • Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement and subject to the Minimum Rental Term obligations in Section 4, Customer may return any or all of the Equipment to NCSG at any time (except that Customer may not call Equipment off-rent during the imposition of any frost law restrictions) provided that seven (7) days’ notice is given.

  • Notwithstanding Clause 17, You may terminate this Agreement prior to the expiry of the Minimum Term or the Minimum Rental Term where Rental Equipment is provided, on condition that You pay the Cancellation Charges calculated pursuant to Clause 17.

  • If the Hirer wishes to terminate this Agreement with effect before the end of the Minimum Rental Term, Waikato Cabins may require the Hirer to pay an early-termination fee of up to 2 months of Rental Payments (as well as any GST).

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, the Rental Term for the Equipment will begin on the date the Equipment leaves NCSG’s yard (as defined in the Agreement) and, subject to the Minimum Rental Term and/or the Maximum Rental Term (if one or both are specified in the Agreement), will end when the Equipment is received by NCSG at the yard of origin of the Equipment or another location approved by NCSG.

  • If for any reason the actual Rental Term for an item of Equipment is less than the Minimum Rental Term, then, promptly following demand by TRS-RENTELCO, Customer shall pay TRS-RENTELCO all future Monthly Rental Fees or part thereof owing by Customer to the end of the Minimum Rental Term and shall forfeit and reimburse TRS-RENTELCO any discounts granted to Customer that are based upon the length of the Minimum Rental Term.

  • After expiration of the Minimum Rental Term, this agreement could renew itself for a Month-to-Month term of the original Rental Agreement, with a 20% increase in the monthly rent at the Landlord’s discretion.

  • The rental term obligation shall not be subject to any deduction for non-working time during the Rental Term or because the Customer returns the Equipment to NCSG prior to the expiration of the Minimum Rental Term.

  • Rental charges for part of a month beyond the Minimum Rental Term shall be prorated on a daily basis of 1/30th of the Monthly Rental Fee, together with all applicable taxes imposed thereon.

Related to Minimum Rental Term

  • Minimum Rent means Fifty Million Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Six and 00/100ths Dollars ($50,033,976.00), subject to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Base Rental means the amount of rent due to Landlord per square foot for the first year of the Term. Base Rental for the first year of Term shall be $24 per square foot for the building and $7.50 per square foot for the drive thru at the Premises.
