Minimum set of NPDES data definition

Minimum set of NPDES data means the data and information listed in table 1 in appendix A to 40 CFR 127, incorporated by reference in Section 310.107.

  • Minimum data set means the data required by the Australian Government from Community Care service outlets, in the form prescribed by the Australian Government, which data is shared with the Queensland Government;

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub.   • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Designated country construction material means a construction material that is a WTO GPA country construction material, an FTA country construction material, a least developed country construction material, or a Caribbean Basin country construction material.
