City Data definition

City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

City Data means all information, in writing (including electronic) form, created by or in any way originating with City, and all information that is the output of any computer processing, or other electronic manipulation, of any information that was created by or in any way originating with City, in the course of using and configuring the Services provided under this Agreement, that is stored on the cloud;

City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

Examples of City Data in a sentence

• Once Contractor has received written confirmation from City that City Data has been successfully transferred to City, Contractor shall within ten (10) business days clear or purge all City Data from its servers, any hosted environment Contractor has used in performance of this Agreement, including its subcontractor’s environment(s), work stations that were used to process the data or for production of the data, and any other work files stored by Contractor in whatever medium.

• Contractor agrees to hold City Data received from, or created or collected on behalf of, City, in strictest confidence.

• Access to City Data must be strictly controlled and limited to Contractor’s staff assigned to this project on a need-to-know basis only.

• City Data shall not be distributed, repurposed or shared across other applications, environments, or business units of Contractor.

• Contractor is provided a limited non-exclusive license to use City Data solely for performing its obligations under the Agreement and not for Contractor’s own purposes or later use.

More Definitions of City Data

City Data means all Documents and/or Information: (i) that the City discloses, supplies, or provides to Consultant under, pursuant to, or in connection with this Agreement, (ii) that Consultant obtains, receives, or collects under, pursuant to, or in connection with this Agreement, and/or (iii) collected, received, entered, stored, archived, retained, maintained, processed, or transmitted in, into, or by the Software. “City Data” does not include the Software, the Object Code, or the Source Code.

City Data or “Data” means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement, which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement, as well as Confidential Information.

City Data or “Data” means all data given to Contractor by City in the performance of this Agreement.

City Data data or information (in any form) regarding the City or its customers that is created, collected, provided, obtained, or otherwise made available in connection with this Contract to an Authorized Person.

City Data means all information, whether in oral or written (including electronic) form, created by or in any way originating with Xxxxxxxx and all information that is the output of any computer processing or other electronic manipulation, or any information that was created by or in any way originating with Xxxxxxxx in the course of using and configuring the Services provided under this Agreement, including all records relating to Xxxxxxxx’x use of Vendor Services. City Data also includes Confidential Information disclosed to Vendor.

City Data means any and all documents, information and data: (i) that the City discloses, supplies, or provides the Contractor under, pursuant to, or in connection with the Agreement; (ii) the Contractor obtains, receives, or collects under, pursuant to,

City Data means any and all information that the City has disclosed to Contractor or that Contractor has created on behalf of the City pursuant to its obligations under the Underlying Agreement. For the purposes of this IPSA, City Data does not cease to be City Data solely because it is transferred or transmitted beyond the City’s immediate possession, custody, or control.
