Minimum Subscription means the minimum subscription for Shares as specified in the relevant Supplement.
Minimum Subsequent Subscription means, in relation to the Euro RDR ‘Retail’ Hedged
Subscription Period means the duration of Customer’s authorized use of the Subscription Services as designated in the Order.
Subscription Day means every Business Day provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven (7) days notice in the two (2) widely circulated English and Urdu newspapers declare any particular Business Day or days not to be a Subscription Day.
Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.

Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Minimum Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04.
Subscription Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Subscription Trade Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.
Minimum Offering Notice means a written notification, signed by Broker, pursuant to which the Broker shall represent (1) that subscriptions for the Minimum Offering have been received, (2) that, to the best of Broker’s knowledge after due inquiry and review of its records, Cash Investment Instruments in full payment for that number of Shares equal to or greater than the Minimum Offering have been received, deposited with and collected by NCPS, (3) and that such subscriptions have not been withdrawn, rejected or otherwise terminated, and (4) that the Subscribers have no statutory or regulatory rights of rescission without cause or all such rights have expired.
Subscription Date means the last business day prior to the Offering Date of an Offering Period or such earlier date as the Company shall establish.
Subscription Limit means any applicable limit on the Issuer’s ability to fund newly issued ETP Securities pursuant to the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement or the LS Margin Account Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.
Annual Subscription means the subscription paid by a member in accordance with the Registered Clubs Act and being paid either annually or otherwise.
Advance Notice Date means each date the Company delivers to the Investor an Advance Notice requiring the Investor to advance funds to the Company, subject to the terms of this Agreement. No Advance Notice Date shall be less than seven (7) Trading Days after the prior Advance Notice Date.
Minimum Purchase Amount means an amount that would be sufficient to (i) reduce the Outstanding Amount of each class of Notes on such Distribution Date to zero and (ii) pay to the respective Noteholders the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount payable on such Distribution Date.
Purchase Price Date means the date the Purchase Price is delivered by Lender to Borrower.
Subscription Service means the ServiceNow software-as-a-service offering ordered by Customer under an Order Form, Use Authorization or other signed ordering document between ServiceNow and Customer.
Minimum Offering means the number Shares so designated on Exhibit A hereto.
Undersubscription Notice means written notice from an Investor notifying the Company and the selling Key Holder that such Investor intends to exercise its option to purchase all or any portion of the Transfer Stock not purchased pursuant to the Right of First Refusal or the Secondary Refusal Right.
Put Notice Date means the Trading Day, as set forth below, immediately following the day on which the Investor receives a Put Notice, however a Put Notice shall be deemed delivered on (a) the Trading Day it is received by facsimile or otherwise by the Investor if such notice is received prior to 9:00 am Eastern Time, or (b) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by facsimile or otherwise after 9:00 am Eastern Time on a Trading Day. No Put Notice may be deemed delivered on a day that is not a Trading Day.
Initial Subscription Term the initial term of Your Subscription as agreed in the Order which commences on the date of acceptance of the Order or as otherwise agreed to by the parties.
Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.
Issuance Notice Date means any Trading Day during the Agency Period that an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i).
Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for Shares and Warrants purchased hereunder as specified below such Purchaser’s name on the signature page of this Agreement and next to the heading “Subscription Amount,” in United States dollars and in immediately available funds.
