Ministerial Directive definition

Ministerial Directive has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to this Agreement.
Ministerial Directive means a directive, pursuant to the Act, issued by the Minister with the approval of the LGIC;
Ministerial Directive means the Ministerial Directive No. 1 dated March 31, 1992, made pursuant to the TPTC Act;
