Ministerial Directive has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of Ministerial Directive in a sentence

  • Such leave will be in accordance with the Ministerial Directive relating to “Special Leave” issued and amended in accordance with section 54 of the Public Service Act 2008, in relation to special leave without salary.
