  • Licensee may make Minor Field Changes provided the Judicial Council is notified in advance of such changes.

  • Upon approval by the Judicial Council of the System design and Construction Documents, Licensee shall have no right to change the approved design and Construction Documents or to make Alterations to the System without receiving prior written approval of the Judicial Council, except for Minor Field Changes pursuant to section 7.1.
